Meet the Skyline Virtual Team. The team is divided into the Skyline Executive Team (SET), the senior management team and the staff team.

SKYLINE EXECUTIVE TEAM (SET)

Haydyn Wills - Chief Executive Officer

Haydyn is the founder, and current Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Virtual, responsible for the vision, strategic direction, and continued growth of the organization.

As Chief Executive, Haydyn oversees the Skyline Executive Team (SET), to ensure all operations run smoothly, and align with the organization’s values. Haydyn focuses on strategic growth, innovation, and maintaining a high-quality experience for all members.

Ashden Bell - Executive Director | Flight Operations & Standards

Ashden Bell serves as the Executive Director of Flight Operations & Standards at Skyline Virtual, overseeing the airlines overall pilot experience, and long-term operational performance. Having been a part of Skyline since February 2025, Ashden enters his second year at Skyline. He brings continuity, experience, and a strong understanding of the organization’s growth and direction.

Previously holding the now retired role of Chief Operating Officer, Ashden has transitioned into his current role where he focuses on streamlining operations, and supporting pilots long-term and strategically, and ensuring high standards across all departments. Prior to joining Skyline, he held multiple executive roles across other virtual airlines, brining valuable leadership experience and industry insight to the team.

Taij Lauder - Executive Director | Corporate Services

Taij Lauder serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at Skyline Virtual, overseeing Finance, Human Resources and Marketing. He plays a key role in ensuring the organization runs efficiently behind the scenes while maintaining a strong public presence.

Prior to Taij being appointed to his current role, he served in multiple management roles at Skyline including Marketing Services Manager, and Operations Director. Taij brings a well-rounded understanding of Skyline’s internal and external functions. His experience allows him to effectively manage corporate strategy, support staff development, and drive the airline’s branding and growth.

SKYLINE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM (SMT)

Zane Gowans - Operations Director

Zane Gowans serves as the Operations Director at Skyline Virtual and is a valuable member of the Senior Management Team. He is responsible for overseeing the airline’s operational performance, ensuring flights, schedules and procedures are executed to a high standard.

With experience across a wide range of virtual airlines, Zane brings strong industry knowledge and a practical approach to operations, His background enables him to support efficient day-to-day running while continuously improving the realism and quality of Skyline’s operations.

Levi Bexton - Pilot Services Director

Levi Bexton serves as the Pilot Services Director at Skyline Virtual, overseeing pilot engagement, support and progression within the airline. Although recently appointed as the Pilot Services Director, Levi has been part of Skyline since its foundation, giving him a strong understanding of the community and its values.

In his role, Levi focuses on enhancing the pilot experience, maintaining high standards, and supporting members throughout their journey. His long-standing involvement and commitment make him a key part of Skyline’s continued growth.

Curtis Sheppard - Training Services & Policy Development Director

Curtis Sheppard serves as the Training Services & Policy Development Director at Skyline Virtual, a newly created role in which he is the inaugural holder. This position reflects Skyline’s ongoing commitment to strengthening both its training framework and operational standards.

Curtis is responsible for overseeing pilot training programs and developing a clear, consistent policies across the airline. He focuses on building structured progression pathways, maintaining high standers, and ensuring all procedures align with Skyline’s emphasis on realism and professionalism.
